I am a clinically-trained mental health and relationship coach specializing in relationship (re)formation and personal growth for those with marginalizing stories who are located all over the world. While I am not THE answer, I do equip people with a secure space to be seen, insight and tools to help people develop, and an overwhelming sense of compassion and empathy. As people become resourced and seen, they tend to find a newfound sense of agency and freedom. Humaning is hard sometimes when life is life-ing. I'm here for it.

I am a proud Mon-Texan (born in Montana and raised in Texas). I have had the pleasure of teaching Middle School math in Houston, Texas for eight years before moving to Denver to study to be a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Upon becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor during the pandemic and living in Ecuador with my beautiful family of four, I realized that I can serve the world best as a professional coach. I currently live in Virginia dreaming of a more integrated tomorrow: personally and professionally.

I have a beautiful wife that has a heart of gold for the sex-trafficking-survivor community. I have two beautiful daughters who consistently invite me to grow. My little family has navigated two ectopic pregnancies, IVF, living in Ecuador, and multiple hospital visits.

“The Well Steward” comes from a vision in which a dusty, wary traveler meets a figure who prepares a space at a well for him to refresh and restore. While there the traveler engages in dialogue about his life, the figure sits to listen. While listening the figure ushers the traveler to the well, hands over a rope and bucket, and tells him how to draw water. The traveler becomes refreshed, and a bit of wisdom is given from the figure. With an intentional handshake and benediction, the traveler departs from the well just as another traveler comes. The travelers exchange some sort of glance that only they know, but it’s encouraging. The new wary travel greets the figure, and the figure, the well steward, welcomes him in.
